"ora pro nobis" pray for us... The first novena was the nine days before Pentecost when the apostles and Mary waited for Jesus and spent time praying in the upper room. The Holy Spirit descended on them in tongues of fire, blessing them and infusing them with His gifts to ready them for their Christian mission.
 
Our Novena Candles will give you a contemplative way to track the days of your novena. The simple act of lighting a candle transforms a moment into something intentional and relaxed. As sensory beings, we go deeper into prayer when we involve our senses. The words of prayer, the smell of the candle, the warmth and flicker of the flame, the pause in our day to spend time with God. 
 
Each kit includes 9 mini raw beeswax candles, a custom brass stand for the candles, and 5 novena tracker cards. We have refill candles available if you want to add extra now or when you're ready to do your next novena. Even though these are made to count novena days, these mini candles can be used for any nature of prayer...silence, rosary, chaplets, scripture... Use the candles for 20 minutes for prayer on a Sunday and use over 9 weeks.
Use a card per novena for a total of 5 novenas and order refill candles
